Tim Zerillo is the Managing Partner of Hallett, Zerillo & Whipple.  He has been nominated to New England Super Lawyers every year since 2010.  In 2016, he was elected to the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 for Criminal Defense.  Attorney Zerillo is a former Allstate Insurance claims representative, and he uses that knowledge to represent his clients in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases.  Attorney Zerillo is also the Maine co-founder of the American Academy of Certified Financial Litigators, and he handles serious financial matters in the areas of divorce and business litigation.

Attorney Zerillo lives in Portland with his Wife and two children.  He is a youth basketball coach, competitive distance runner and big fan of the Boston sports teams.
