Operating After Suspension for Commercial Truck Driver Filed!

In our first post credited to ZERILLO LAW, LLC's new associate, AMY ROBIDAS, Esq. got an excellent result in State v. Tomas W. Our client in that case is a commercial trucker who was charged with operating after suspension, log book violations and a cracked windshield. As you may know, a license suspension for a commercial trucker can put him out of business. Amy was able to negotiate a 1 year filing with a $150 fine. Our client will not lose his license, won't get a conviction and won't lose his business. Way to go Amy!
