Amy Robidas Wins Yet Another Motion for Contempt

She is becoming the queen of the Motion for Contempt defense... ZERILLO LAW, LLC Attorney Amy Robidas won yet another divorce Motion for Contempt yesterday. In this particular matter, the opposing party brought a Motion for Contempt alleging fraud against our client relating to his tax returns. A hearing was held yesterday, and Amy successfully got the Motion for Contempt dismissed. ~Tim

Appeal Victory in Custody Case

In an Appeal lead by ZERILLO LAW, LLC Attorney Amy Robidas, the Maine Supreme Court has upheld a trial judgment on appeal giving our client sole custody over his child. This was upheld on appeal despite an endless stream of motions that were filed by our opponent in an effort to disturb the trial judgment. Sometimes, as difficult as it is, the best thing to do is to stay the course, no matter how frustrating it is when your opponent throws ridiculous motion after ridiculous motion at you.
