Deferred Disposition on Criminal Threatening

My Client was initially charged with a Criminal Threatening felony. Then it was dropped to Threatening Display of a Weapon, Class D. Today, the State quite correctly gave us a three month deferred disposition. My client will have no conviction, no probation and no jail time. Happy New Year! -Tim
