Tim Zerillo Argues Another Case in the First Circuit

Attorney Timothy Zerillo argued another case yesterday in the First Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston.  His argument in this appeal related to an unconstitutional stop, drug dog sniff and search of a vehicle.  Further arguments involved a violation of the Miranda warnings and whether a consent to search was voluntarily given to the police.----Timothy E.
