Probation Revocation Case Dismissed by State

Shareholder Attorney Tim Zerillo of Hallett, Zerillo & Whipple, P.A. received a dismissal of a Motion to Revoke Probation filed against his Client in the West Bath Court in Sagadahoc County today. The Client faced a potential 10 year revocation. After an intensive and fruitful pre-trial investigation, Attorney Zerillo was able to convince the District Attorney's Office that the probation should not be revoked, and they dismissed the case.
