As you might recall, HZW Shareholder Attorney Mike Whipple previously convinced the District Attorney's Office to not indict the owner of Harvest Hill Farms for manslaughter for the accident that occured in 2014.  While the Owner of the Farm was not charged, the Farm was charged with manslaughter.  Now, Attorney Whipple has been able to strike a deal in which the manslaughter case against the Farm has been dismissed in exchange for the payment of a fine and a Driving to Endanger charge.
