Mike Whipple Wins Motion to Suppress in York County

Hallett, Zerillo & Whipple Shareholder Attorney Mike Whipple won a Motion to Suppress in York County this week.  The case involved an OUI for drugs, in which the State tried to present evidence from a Drug Recognition Evaluator and via a urine sample.  Attorney Whipple got the officer on the stand to make concessions related to his present memory of the test.  As a result of Attorney Whipple's cross-examination, the Court has thrown out the Drug Recognition Evaluation and urine test evidence against our client.  Congratulations to Attorney Whipple and our client.
